This policy explains which personal data we process through this website, why we do so, how long we keep it and who has access to it.

Who processes your data?

Which data do we collect?

Through the contact form: your name, job title, company, email address, phone number and the message you write. All of these fields are required; what you put in the message is of course up to you.

Through the web server: every visit is recorded with technical data: your IP address, the time, the page requested, your browser and operating system, and the page you arrived from.

This website sets no cookies, keeps no visitor statistics and does not profile anyone. Read more in our cookie policy.

What do we use it for?

  • To answer your enquiry and get in touch with you. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6.1.b GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Article 6.1.f).
  • To keep the website secure and working. The server logs help us detect faults and abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f GDPR).

We do not use your data for advertising and do not pass it on for commercial purposes.

How long do we keep it?

The website itself stores nothing: an enquiry is forwarded straight by email and never reaches any database.

  • Enquiries in our mailbox: 24 months.
  • Server logs: 30 days at most. After that they are deleted automatically.

Who has access to your data?

Within our company, only the people handling your enquiry. In addition, we rely on these service providers, who process data solely on our instructions:

  • Hetzner Online GmbH — website hosting, on servers in Falkenstein (Germany).
  • Brevo — sending the email containing your enquiry.
  • Microsoft 365 — the mailbox in which your enquiry arrives.
  • Klaargezet — building and technical maintenance of the website.

The address at which enquiries arrive is [TO BE CONFIRMED]. The exact data location of Microsoft 365 is [TO BE CONFIRMED]; the other service providers process within the European Economic Area.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to have the processing restricted, to object, and to receive your data in a readable format. A single message to [TO BE CONFIRMED] is enough.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels, contact@apd-gba.be.

Security

The website runs entirely over a secure connection (HTTPS). Enquiries are not stored on the web server, and access to the server and the mailbox is limited to those who need it.

Changes

If the way we process data changes, we will update this policy.
